Welcome to GigsTM. By accessing or using our platform, website, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.
GigsTM acts as an online marketplace connecting businesses/clients ("Clients") with independent contractors, freelancers, and gig workers ("Giggers"). We do not directly employ Giggers; we simply provide the platform for matchmaking, communication, and project management.
To use GigsTM, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Users must not: (a) Use the platform for any illegal activities; (b) Attempt to bypass the platform's payment system to pay for gigs externally; (c) Post false, misleading, or deceptive gig listings or profiles; (d) Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon amount for completed gigs. GigsTM may charge a service fee or commission for facilitating the transaction. All fees are clearly displayed before a transaction is finalized. Users are responsible for their own tax liabilities.
GigsTM provides the platform on an "AS-IS" basis. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the gigs posted, nor the qualifications of the Giggers. GigsTM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or disputes between users.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
