Welcome to GigsTM! By registering and working through GigsTM, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
GigsTM connects you (gig worker) with short-term work opportunities (gigs) offered by companies. You choose your gigs, complete tasks, and get paid based on successful completion.
2. Registration & Profile
✅ You must provide correct and complete information while registering.
✅ Only one account per person is allowed.
✅ Keep your login details safe—you are responsible for all activities done under your account.
3. Work Process
👉 You can browse available gigs and apply for the ones that match your skills.
👉 Once selected, you must complete the task as per the given guidelines and deadline.
👉 Payment will only be made for successfully completed and verified tasks.
4. Payments & Payouts
💰 Payment rates are clearly mentioned with each gig.
💰 Payments will be made daily, weekly, or monthly based on gig type and company policy.
💰 Any incomplete, rejected, or fraudulent work will not be paid.
5. Code of Conduct
To maintain quality and fairness, you must:
✔️ Follow all instructions for each gig.
✔️ Communicate professionally with companies and GigsTM support.
✔️ Not misuse or misrepresent GigsTM in any way.
✔️ Avoid submitting fake documents or false work reports.
6. Account Suspension
🚨 Your account can be suspended or permanently blocked if:
❌ You submit fake work or documents.
❌ You repeatedly violate gig guidelines.
❌ You misuse the platform or harass any staff or partners.
7. No Fixed Employment
⚠️ GigsTM provides task-based work. This is not a full-time job or permanent employment.
⚠️ You work as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
Your data will be used to match you with gigs, process payments, and improve our platform. For details, check our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
GigsTM may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any major changes. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the revised Terms.
